Vivek Cial is a highly skilled and dedicated Construction Manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to project excellence, Vivek has successfully overseen a diverse range of construction projects for residential properties located in Metro Detroit. After graduating with a Business Management and Finance degree from the University of Michigan, Vivek started his career in business management before quickly rising through the ranks. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of construction's technical and managerial aspects have earned him a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget. At the heart of Vivek’s management style is collaboration and clear communication.
Ramond Harris
Ramond Harris is a seasoned Project Manager specializing in painting services, with over a decade of experience transforming spaces with precision and creativity. Ramond has a proven track record of managing high-quality painting projects that meet client visions and exceed expectations. Ramond earned his degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Davenport and began his career in the business industry as a coordinator before advancing to project management. His comprehensive understanding of the painting process, from surface preparation to final coat application, combined with his strategic planning abilities, has made him an asset to his clients and team. As a Project Manager, Ramond excels at overseeing every aspect of a painting project, from initial consultation and color selection to scheduling and quality control.
